Super ecstatic about our brand new bespoke sofas at such a great price. This is the third our family has purchased from the store and we would will never again buy our sofas elsewhere. From start to finish Mark provided excellent customer service! We love our new sofas! This is the 2nd time we purchased from Sof Factory would highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent service from the very helpful Kami in the showroom to the amazing delivery guys. They managed after several attempts and a lot of patience to get it through our very difficult entrance. They were ace. The suite we received is really beautiful. Well made and beautifully finished. The choice of styles and thousands of coverings was phenomenal.
