Went in half term terrible queues . Only one person selling tickets , machines broken and only one person checking tickets . Printed our tickets before hand so would recommend doing that . Have been here before and very disappointed , in the ladies toilet most of the toilets out of order ! The screens are great and seating very comfy .
Need more staff on in the holidays .

The experience on the whole was really good and great value. Good stadium style seating with plenty of leg room too. Only reason it's not a 5 star is they still do not accept Meerkat Movie bookings online meaning you have to turn up and hope to get good seats unless you visit the box office in advance.

Next door to Hungry Horse pub, the cinema has good price offers on before midday.
From 12pm – 5pm it is £7.45 & from 5pm till late & all weekend prices are £9.45 a ticket.

This is a very inclusive cinema.

There are dementia friendly screening monthly.

Autism friendly films once a week, baby friendly screenings, subtitled screenings & audio description available too.

The cinema is clean & comfortable with friendly staff.

Cinema also does a monthly film pass for all movies you can watch in a month.
