Ordered tickets on line, but never received confirmation email. Tried for 2 days to contact...4 emails, 16 phone calls and Facebook messsage. They do not answer to any!! Really poor customer service. Website information isn’t helpful.
Arrived. Tried to collect tickets using credit card, wasn’t working on all 3 machines. No staff anywhere to help. Had to queue for 20 mins at refreshments to ask help... very unorganised...
but cinema itself was great... really big comfy chairs, on steep incline so could see screen perfectly.
I’d go back but wary of on line booking system.

Absolutely brilliant!!! So welcoming and easy 2 gain entry..bar staff brilliant as were the cinema staff..keep up the good work😄😄

Mamma Mia was on !! Bad planning or what ? The toilets were absolutely disgusting this was 7pm !! We were appalled about 5 were unusable .

Thoroughly enjoyable experience, excellent seating, picture quality and sound. I also enjoyed the poor cinema worker who was brave enough to do the ‘please keep your phone switched off and don’t record the film under pain of death’ announcement rather than your usual run of the mill advert that plays on the big screen that everyone usually ignores before the film. Wam bam. 10 on 10.

My son and I went to see Solo here on a Sunday. It was very quiet but the cinema and staff were lovely. Very friendly and made sure we were enjoying our afternoon our. Very comfy seats and a lovely cool cinema with the air con (it was 30° outside). Recommended if you’ve not been and live near Walsall.
