The best cinema I have ever been to in my life! The selection of snacks are great, the seats are perfect if you are small because people are quite far below you instead of a similar level like other cinemas. Definitely worth it!

Overall a brilliant experience, staff were all lovely, polite and friendly. The only let down for me was the toilets, they were mostly out if order and the ones that were working were blocked up and smelt pretty disgusting. Other than that it's a lovely cinema.

Tickets and food are pricy, aside from that staff and facilities are brilliant. Few niggles in terms of no radar lock on the disabled toilets and the double doors on each screen can't properly be opened by a disabled customer but aside from that it's great.

We went on an early showing and paid a bargain price of a fiver per adult so far cheaper than many other cinemas. Very few attendant around but touch screens work fine to get your tickets. Seats are so comfortable and so much space around you. Visited this cinema twice now and both occasions have been great. Only let down was the state of the ladies toilets up stairs with many out of order and decor looking a bit drab. Overall great and plenty of local places to eat around it.

First time visiting this cinema after all the cinemas in Walsall closed some years ago it's good to be going back it was something like did from a child .comfortable seating you can also choose your seat. Lots of eating places adjoining the cinema if you feel peckish 10 out 10

Excellent service! Tickets booked at the bar which saved queuing, drinks very reasonable could be taken to our seats in cinema. Very helpful and pleasant staff, comfy roomy seats and great view of screen. All in all a fab experience.

The seats are comfortable, we liked the fact you can take your alcoholic drinks in with you and we liked the intimacy of it.

Disabled toilets dirty. Flush didn't work and taps on sink would not turn off. Film was okay though and staff in the bar were friendly.
