I don't go to the cinema very often as it's usually been a disappointment with uncomfortable seating and dirty surroundings. This cinema is lovely, the large, armchair style seats, fresh surroundings, great screen and fantastic sound. It was so easy to go online, book your seat, pay and print off your ticket. Impressive and I will be back. It's an added bonus that there are lots of places to eat nearby which are very well priced.

Marvellous cinema. Reassuringly expensive. Great fun as you slalom through the homeless people and nair-do-wells frequenting the entrance area. If you enjoy paying over the odds for snack & drinks this is the place for you.

Very comfortable seating sound system not the best I've experienced, and car parking works out a bit expensive

It's the little details. Staff are great, can't do more for customers, chairs are comfy and the facilities always seem clean. :)

Best cinema in the West Midlands by far. Been going from day one and we don’t even live in Walsall anymore. it is worth going for Infinity membership for only £17 per month with unlimited viewings and discount on food and drinks. you can also bring in alcoholic drinks from the bar into your viewings. Plus the manager (tattoo on neck) is brilliant

Nice, roomy seats. You don't feel like you're sitting on top of other people. No big heads to block your view as seating is arranged with this in mind. You can choose your seats when paying for your ticket.

We have been using the cinema since it opened and have always had a positive experience.
The seating is well designed and you will always have a good view even if someone tall is in front of you. The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly.
We now have the unlimited passes and go regularly.
I do wish that there was free (before 6) parking available, but that's my only gripe.

*update: parking is no longer free after 6 and you cannot use your unlimited Pass with the Meerkat movies. (I'm cancelling mine)
For that reason I have dropped it 1 star.
