Visit the bar before the film and you might be lucky enough to be served by Stacey! Big smile, pleased to see you and treats you like an old friend! Better if you like sarcasm, the girl must sleep in the knife drawer!

The Light Cinema Walsall is the best most consistent film experience we have had.
There is ample parking located at the cinema itself as well as over the road.
The prices are very reasonable, both for condiments as well as for tickets.
The staff are always incredibly helpful, my partner is in a wheelchair and they will always hold open the doors for us. This may seem like a common courtesy, but trust me, it is not that common!
The screens themsleves are always clean and immaculate.
The seats are incredibly comfortable, we have been using this cinema since it opened and there is no sign of ware.
There are regular screenings such as dementia friendly or autistic friendly, just another example of how they do everything they can to cater to as wide an audience as possible.
There are a large number of big name eateries within the same retail park.

The staff always are friendly and approachable, prices are in keeping with the good standard of the screens, seats etc. Endgame was obviously a busy screen that could have been a little cleaner (seats wise) but other than that we are always happy to go to The light to see our movies.

Went to watch Endgame and honestly the cinema was comfortable enough that I got through a 3 hour movie without hurting. Only disappointed by the nachos as the cheese tasted grossly watered down and the jalapeños had a weird soapy taste.
