Love this place, it's a bit expensive but what isn't these days. Great cinema, staff really helpful and friendly. And whenever a staff member comes before film starts, if you're lucky enough to get Philip, that's worth the money alone. Not sure if he still even works here but he just made the experience even better, a great member of staff and brilliant at his job 👏

Took my oldest to see The Little Mermaid in 3D. Love the cinema but is overpriced 1 adult 1 child ticket kids combo (small popcorn, drink and magic stars) and a coffee £38 then parking on top.

My Go to cinema now, however I've noticed they've shot up their admission prices from £5 - £13 (approx)

Took kids Saturday morning and wasn't busy at all, was a bit shocked at price of food and drink but had a great time.
Also had hand painted figures and a toy stall in foyer on you way in/out

Don't use the cinema car park , as it's not really explained properly how to pay the right amount and even the app doesn't work properly ,but the cinema it's self clean and nice people in there

It's a good cinema, but I'm dropping my rating from 5 stars down to 3 stars because of the doubling of ticket prices over the last year.
Previously, the cinema used to charge lower prices for pre-12:00 weekday screenings, higher prices for 12:00-17:00 weekday screenings, and the highest prices in evenings and weekends. However, between May 2022 and May 2023, that has been removed so that all the prices are the same high price, no matter the time of day, weekday or weekend.
For example, this is how the price of a single adult ticket has changed in that time:
* May 2022, a weekday morning showing of "Everything Everywhere All at Once" and "The Bob's Burgers Movie" cost £6.50 each.
* November 2022, "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever": £11.50
* March 2023, "John Wick: Chapter 4": £11.95.
* May 2023, "Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3": £12.95.
From £6.50 to £12.95 in less than a year!
I appreciate that electricity costs have increased recently, but is it really impossible to offer lower pricing tiers for less busy times?

A great cinema complex situated in the "trendier" part of Walsall. Nice pleasant staff, too! The viewing of the actual screen is particularly good, with no obstructions and superb sound 👌

Love the location, pizza inside, canal location and loads of pics to eat, drink around the canal, ice cream too. Lovely Summer feeling to sit outside. All new to me. With a visit, car parking charging apply.

Fantastic service by the guys at the counter on Sunday evening (30/4), and the guy greeting us at the entrance. Always clean, fabulous food and drinks available. Highly highly reccomend coming here!!

This was our first time here. We went to see a supermario film which was brilliant. The service was great.clean facilities highly recommended a visit. Definitely will be returning
