After my Velar failed its MOT at another garage that were u able to carry out the work, I rang Fitch Autos and was so impressed by their friendly professionalism. Came across this garage a few months back, via online. I have now used them, for<br>the third time, and it’s been phenomenal. Great service, with amazing customer service and staff. Great to find a very professional , friendly garage, who took time to explain what was wrong with my car, and kept me updated to the progress of the repair. The use of their curtesy car was a god send as I didn’t have to take time of work.

I had the pleasure of experiencing some GOOD OLD FASHIONED customer service from Fitch Autos having been recommended to try them because of their specialist knowledge of the problem I had with a recently purchased Jaguar E-Pace.From the initial contact they went above and beyond to help/assist in resolving the problem providing me with an in depth report of the original problem and highlighting additional issues which I was unaware of and should have been picked up by the car dealership before I purchased the vehicle.<br>They followed up checking that the information provided had been helpful with resolving the issues with the car dealership.<br>They were extremely courteous at all times. This truly is a good garage, The Customer service is the best i have come across, my Jaguar XF is my pride and joy and this garage treated my car the same, i was told exactly what the cost would be so no shocks when i collected my car, also was very grateful for the Courtesy car

Brought a merc B class here for a major service<br>Timing belt water pump<br>Gearbox service<br>Brake fluid change<br>Gave is a courtesy car whilst work being carried out<br>On getting the car back it all of a sudden started having gear box problems<br>However this although coincidence was NOT the garages fault<br>Phoned them up and they recovered the car from where i had got to when it started playing up and also dropped to us a courtesy car<br>On checking the car no faults displayed and the car was fine<br>Had the car back and it happend again the car didnt want to go into 7th gear and also no reverse only even gears would work<br>Again back to the garage straight away. And theh gave is courtesy car<br>Neil (i think i cant remember😳) very helpful did some further investigation and found that in actual fact was a software related issue and got the car sorted once and for all. Also use the car himself to snag it<br>So far had it back and its been fine<br>Garage very helpful and didn't try and brush of the issue like some other garage would.<br>Price for the initial work was very reasonable of not cheaper than other garages with good reps.<br>They were also keen and quick to put right the car which wasn't their fault to start with.<br>Will be back for future work if needed and servicing.<br>They also printed off digital service record for us.<br>Reception staff very friendly and helpful to<br>Many thanks<br>Tom& Tony

I had an overheating problem with my Skoda. Other garages were unable to diagnose the problem. When I rang, they fitted me in quickly and gave me a courtesy car. It was pretty clear from the initial conversation that they had a good idea of the problem, sure enough they were correct and fixed the problem within 24 hours. Whilst the repair was quite expensive, I felt their prices were pretty competitive and I had no concerns about that. While the car was with them they ran various checks based on the fact that the garage I had used for servicing had not uploaded the result to the Skoda electronic database. A service I didn’t expect. Finally a special shout out to Chelsea. She deals with the initial contact and communication during the repair process. She was friendly, informed and extremely helpful
