I first came across Fitch Autos a couple of years ago after searching for a garage that could sort out DPF, EGR and other problems that caused my dashboard to be lit up like a Christmas Tree with fault lights! (My usual garage couldn't or didn't want to really fix the issues, having replaced the headgasket, which made no difference at all). At times my VW van (with over 330,000 miles) has had to limp its way to Fitch, but they have always managed to sort it out. As the works needed for a good going over usually takes a couple of days, the use of a courtesy car is very much appreciated. When servicing and fixing a high mileage vehicle sometimes one repair or replacement shows up other issues needing further attention, and that is not a dissapointment or reflection on ability. On the most recent visit, all of the injectors were replaced and WOW, what a difference! The van can easily do 70mph up hill in 5th gear, full power and good MPG has been restored!. The support given by Fitch Autos during the service and other works has been absolutely brilliant, and Ellie and the recepition team are first class at giving good customer service and keeping in touch. Don't waste time and money elsewhere, go to Fitch Autos!

Claire and Ellie went above and beyond to get my car fixed in the same day. It went into the garage for 1 specific issue and then had 5 urgent requirements flag through their safety test. Claire and Ellie worked tirelessly to source parts and get it fixed before the weekend and I cannot thank you enough!

I have to say that the two receptionists are a credit to the company. They are warm, welcoming, helpful and informative ( i think Ally was one of their names). Their customer service is exemplary and this needs to be shared with them.

Fitch Autos went above & beyond after realising our MoT on our Motorhome had run out 2 days prior Fitch Autos managed to squeeze us in on day of contact which we are extremely grateful for many thanks to Neil for sorting it & Chloe on reception excellent service yet again .

It's very Rare that you walk out of a garage with a smile on your face after spending a week's wages and some and feel happy about it

Thanks to Fitch Autos, my car was diagnosed with a worn clutch and it was a horrible shock as the car is only 6 years old.. convinced I bought the dud car from new 🤣. The team got me in quick when an engine management light came on “drive train” issues, which was a worry as you just don’t know that could be! Don’t ignore lights! Yes it’s an expensive repair, but it was done really quickly and the car drives much better than before (so it was probably failing for a while and I thought it was my driving…stop.starting traffic doesn’t help either!) All sorted in a few days, really convenient to leave my car there over the weekend also. Reception team are fantastic too, Eleanor is so lovely and everyone was empathetic to the situation. No-one likes expensive garage repairs but I have peace of mind that it’s all sorted and I was looked after well. Thanks again team. Keep up the good work!
