Excellent service, our car was leaking coolant, they got us in the same day, gave us a courtesy car to use whilst ours was being repaired. Great communication, we recieved a text link with a breakdown of everything they had found and the cost for the repairs. And when picked our car up it looked like the inside had been cleaned also.

Absolutely top notch service, from the start to finish fitch, kept me up to date via text and email . Everything was very professional and the receptionists were very informative on every aspect,, in a way I'm glad the car broke down because I've found a new garage,, car needed specialist work and every thing worked out fine, would defo use and recommend all to use thanks

I have used many garages over the years. Some I would never return too and some that weren’t bad at all. However Fitch is on the same level as the main dealers if not better. Service is excellent, the staff are polite and keep you upto date all the way through. This is the second time I have been here, major work the first time and service the second. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. The quality of the work carried out is superb! Thanks everybody at fitch, just keep doing what you do best!! A* 👌

Was very satisfied with the overall experience from start to finish customer service complementary hire car,the jaguar dealership missed off loads of things and I paid dealer fees so wasn’t happy to say the least they also have access to the online service records so can add all relevant works totally transparent which is rare these days.

Can’t recommend enough. The service received would embarrass some main dealers. From the initial enquiry, to arriving with the courtesy car ready (almost brand new as well) lovely people greeting you and a great approach to after sales and explain what needs ‘actually doing’ to ‘probably a good idea’ using red, amber and green…but at a fraction of the cost Porsche would charge me. It’s obviously a great business with passionate people. I’ve already booked in works for my other cars.

Really happy with the services I received. The customer service is A+++ Ellie kept me informed of everything that needed to be done every step of the way. She also went above and beyond to help me decide which parts needed replacing as a priority.
Even though it's 40 minutes from where I live, you now have a customer for life. I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else.

Had an Engine management warning light appear on my Jaguar E-Pace for and was looking for a fairly local garage to investigate the problem. Came across Fitch Autos and due to the positive on line reviews called them. I had some time restrictions as I was travelling to the West Country and needed to work done fairly quickly.
Fitch Autos rose to the challenge and sorted the issue out in double quick time. The quality of the work and communications was excellent and will now use them for future servicing and any other ancillary work.
