First time I have used Fitch for service and Mot and I will certainly use them again. Highly professional, good value for money. When there was a major warning light on my car, Neil brought my service and Mot forward by 7 days and got me in the next day. I cannot thank Neil and Fitch enough. Recommend to anyone who need work / servicing on their vehicle.

Car had a service and M O T asked them to check over everything. They sent pictures of my car been serviced sent me the problems it was having gave me a quote and I asked them to do them. The service and information they sent was excellent. Great team would recommend and definitely use again.

My car was towed to Fitch Autos (RAC approved garage) due to breakdown of the fuel pump. They secured an appointment within a day and started work immediately. They informed me every step of the way with an online portal, which was fantastic as you could choose the work needed for your budget - highly recommend this system as it puts you in control with the repairs. Everything was done to a very high standard and quicker than expected so I got my car back earlier! Neil was very helpful in explaining what the fault was and even sent a report to help with the insurance claim (which I believe the faulty fuel pump was related to as the previous garage it went to missed it despite be saying there was water damage post accident). The garage reception space was really clean, bright and spacious and perfect if you needed to wait. The reception staff were very welcoming too. I will definitely be back for more repairs if needed and will arrange a service with them next year. Thanks Fitch Autos! I now know where you are as it’s hard to find a garage you can trust.

My DPF needed cleaning on my Mercedes GLA 200 as I don't do enough motorway miles. I spoke to Neil who was very accommodating and informative about the procedure. Fich autos were able to take my pressure down from 35 to 2 and my filter which was 300% (400 is the max) blocked down to 100%. The service was great, the reception team were good and they did the job in the time they said they would. I 100% recommend this garage to anyone for a DPF clean. Take my advice, they know what they are doing. Thanks for your help Neil and the team at Fitch autos.

Always excellent service, corrected the damage instead of just replacing which saved a few hundred pounds. Replaced my tyre and fitted it . Neil appears to always understand my ramblings . I've been coming for several years now for my mot and servicing and anything else that comes along Never worried that they might over price or take advantage due to being female . Very trustworthy and reliable .

Used Fitch Autos for the first time earlier this year. After this experience I said that I would consider them again for any future work on my car. That said, they have just successfully completed a full brake disc and brake pad change on all wheels. Along with a gearbox oil change and brake fluid change. Excellent job. Would highly recommend.
