Just to say that I took my 2021 Land Rover defender in there yesterday for an erg valve check
They offered me a courtesy car tye afternoon which I gladyly accepted as I had a doctors appointment later in the day
They emailed ant text me within 2 hours to explain the diognostics they had performed Told me what they recommended which I accepted. Told me that there was a free Land Rover recall to help me with an engine light issue

Absolutely fantastic experience matching and in fact exceeding by far the Land Rover dealer experience on information prompt response and general courtesy
Will be using them from now on and will recommend to my friends and family
Very professional experience all round and a very fair pricing

I recently took my jaguar f type to Fitch Autos at Brownhills staffs for a big service. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and happy to advise me on any issues I may of had I was very happy with the work carried out and the time it was carried out. Also great to have a free courtesy car.

Excellent service. Initially booked a major service (at a very reasonable rate) but the checks done revealed some important issues that needed dealing with. A fully costed quote for the work was sent at the same time so knew exactly what it would cost, so no nasty surprises. In the end, the total cost was actually less!.

I had an amber engine warning light on my jaguar f pace went to fitch autos. Booked it in for a technical evaluation , it was found to be the throttle body also found timing belt was over due to be replaced. Booked in for work to be carried out. From start to finish from the ladies on reception to the technician in the garage was brilliant. Will take it back if it requires any further work.

Work carried out to high standard without the high cost of dealership prices. Reception staff keep you in picture with updates of how they are progressing with your car. Great service would not take my car anywhere else.

Great service from Fitch, swapped from Skoda main dealer to them for our servicing, saved at least 30%, the staff are very polite and friendly kept us updated on what had been and needed to de done, told us the costs upfront. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service, polite, helpful and good value. Service is better than main dealers provide nowadays and for far less. I’ve had years of Audi main dealer servicing and frankly lost faith in what had become an overpriced but low quality experience. Fitch far better in all aspects now.
