Very helpful Holie was. Made the car service and filter very easy. Also updated idrive and provided lots of images and status of car components and when they needed fixing. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Recently had a full engine and air-con service on my Mercedes at Fitch and I cannot fault the customer service and service in general, including after-care (concerning a further issue I had a month later).
The courtesy car and car clean before it was handed back was top quality and an added bonus.
Neil and the team are extremely polite and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Fitch Autos to anybody.

Trustworthy a great company fitch autos such a friendly team and knowledge second to none. Courtesy car drink while you wait paperwork and all details you need work done etc. Happy 😊 will use again. Some prices alittle high was shocked with email total price of total work they said needed doing but the red and amber system works well and didnt need get all stuff to car done straight away but the company is high standard and shows it was checked properly and for the fussy people to choose if to get minot repairs done now or a later date.....thanks again to the boss and his team very good service couldn't do enough to help me 😊 great job 👍 kind regards Martin f

Highly recommend Fitch Autos. I took my Mercedes Sprinter there for servicing and MOT for the first time since owning the van and I was really impressed with the in-depth health check it received. As it’s my daily work van I can’t afford to have it off the road so the health check meant I could get all of the maintenance work carried out to keep me on the road for the next 12 months. The technicians are highly skilled and knowledgable and the customer service was better than Mercedes themselves! They even updated my online service history which surprised me as I thought only Mercedes could do this. I’ll definitely be returning ⭐️

I cannot recommend this garage enough. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent. They contacted me through every stage of the repairs and sorted me out with a brilliant courtesy car! I picked my car up today and they’d even cleaned it inside and out, I felt like I was driving a new car! 10/10 for absolutely everything they did, will 100% use this garage again!
