I was having trouble with my computer losing contact with the internet. Sometimes I'd have to reboot the computer two or three times every ten minutes. I don't know what they did but now the computer works perfectly.
The computer was made by SMS to my spec (with suggestions from SMS) and I have purchased two Samsung tablets and a Samsung mobile phone from them. I like to purchase items locally. It supports local business and I know that support is only a few minutes walk away.

Having dropped my phone, had been recommended to take here, and wasn't disappointed was fixed within 24 hours and so glad it was able to as I hadn't backed up my photos on my account and where so precious as where of my late Dad. Highly recommend

Firs class cost-effective data recovery from an iPhone that had spent a night at the bottom of the Mediterranean sea, 6m down. Transferred important data from the iPhone to new Android phone. Had a sudden Blue Screen of Death after moving my pc from one room to another. Quickly exhausted my limited knowledge of attempting to fix it, so took it to SMS. Had it back all fixed inside 6 hours, with new drive and data transfer all included. Top service, cannot recommend highly enough.
