Had a sudden Blue Screen of Death after moving my pc from one room to another. Quickly exhausted my limited knowledge of attempting to fix it, so took it to SMS. Had it back all fixed inside 6 hours, with new drive and data transfer all included. Top service, cannot recommend highly enough.

I am giving them 5stars plus, being 81 and not computer literate they ( Will) was brilliant in explaining what he was going to do and getting back an app that I was having trouble remembering the password. You don't often get young people having the patience with the older generation but Will was brilliant. Highly recommend SMS PC. Just recently had to shelve my old laptop and buy new one. I was asked what limit I had for my purchase and Will did a search for me and found a model which was OK, so all my data was transferred to my new model. I am 83 and nothing was to much trouble. Truly a great store to help and to buy 10/10.

I cannot fault this buisness in anyway. I made the biggest human fail ever by accidentally pouring wine over the keyboard of my brand new MacBook Pro- I know pretty stupid.
Now, as it was that new they weren’t sure on if they would be able to do it. Turns out they’ve sorted it! Even more so with the lowest price outcome… so VERY relieved and sending a huge thanks to the team for sorting it out.

SMS replaced my Macbook pro battery. They did a great job at a far better price than Apple, all is now working as good as new and I am very happy with the service I received from them. Fast, friendly and efficient, what's not to like?
