Best service I've ever had anywhere ever! I took a iPhone in for repair, it was fixed in record time with also other issues fixed as a bonus. A really reasonable price for the service. The staff there are great, really nice friendly people. Couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend!

Have been using Will and the team to build my gaming rigs ever since I started upgrading my initial PC many years ago. Always fantastic, flawless service and never had any issues from their work.
Most recently had an issue with my cooling system which Will and the team diagnosed on a Saturday, clearly informed me of my options and cost, and fixed it promptly on the Monday ready for me to collect in the evening of the same day.
I would recommend these experts for any technical need. They are always my go to for any issue. I'm sure I will be visiting again in the near future to upgrade my system when it requires it.

Brilliant job on my laptop. Diagnosed the fault and replaced my Wi-Fi card. Then cleaned and replaced the thermal paste and I now a fully functioning laptop. The job was quickly done to fit in around my work commitments. I would recommend SMS to anyone needing an IT repair.

Just £50 and my old phone works like it’s brand new. Very pleased, particularly as they did diagnostics to check whether I needed more things replaced (I didn’t) and made sure I had the right cables.

Nothing is ever too much for the team at SMS. They are always welcoming and willing to help even with the most trivial of things. Their customer service is second to none and their knowledge and advice is delivered at a level that is easily understandable to those of us with less comprehension of a computer/phone.
Recently, they have supplied me with a new laptop and ensured it met all my requirements before a purchase was made. The after sales service has been worth the slightly higher purchase price compared to a large online store. You can rest assure that they will be on hand should an problems or queries crop up.
