So lucky to have SMS PC and iPhone repair in the town. Professional, qualified technicians who give 100% customer service. They have managed to keep to Government guidelines, still providing a service.
As a visually impaired person, I rely on my PC to keep me "in the loop" with the world and everyday living.
Just a sense of peace of mind, knowing that they are there if I need them.

I contacted SMS when my son’s laptop keyboard failed. From the initial contact through to collecting the repaired machine, the service was professional. They kept me up-to date every step of the way. With the machine being 5 years old, I wasn’t sure if it could be repaired. Thankfully, they managed to source and repair it with great efficiency. No more excuses for incomplete homework. My son is back up and running again. Thank you SMS.

Absolutely superb service. Told by another repair shop an iPhone was not repairable.

Will, you are a star! My prehistoric G4 Mac finally stopped talking to my monitor, or the other way around. Either way I couldn't use my Mac. I phoned Will who suggested I drop the cables down to him at the shop, a few minutes walk for me. Covid safe I met him on the doorstep and he brought out new connections for me to try. Just £5 and not half an hour later, I have a happy Mac again! Thank you so much. Highly recommended. Julie x
