I'm only too pleased to write this review, Will and his team have gone above and beyond at times for me. Most notably the day before I moved when I drowned my mobile phone. Will had a new one for me the very same night and truly saved the day. I've bought new items/ refurbed tech and my own laptop repaired here and each time it is a pleasure to deal with this local independent company. I have nothing but admiration for Will who has built this business from the ground up and now employs others in the local area too. A genuinely good business built on knowledge and expertise with fab customer service.

We have been using SMS PC & Iphone Repair since Will opened, and he has single handedly saved our business lots of money and lost time in helping us with our tech. We have purchased laptops, phones and tablets through the shop, had repairs, upgrades and software from SMS and been very happy with the service and results. Will and his team are outstanding. Their customer service is excellent and their communication brilliant. We would recommend them to others 100%.

SMS are an absolute joy and a treat to work with; we view them all as friends and brothers in arms ever since they helped us get our embryonic business off our dining room table and stuck by us as we developed into a fully-fledged and regulated law firm. Even though we moved to a different town, we have continued to use SMS as despite the distance, they continue to provide the most responsive and cost-effective IT solutions for our business. Took my laptop in because it was going very slow, received phone call that afternoon to say what the problem was and how much. Very professional and within a couple of days received a phone call to say it was ready for collection. Laptop running fantastic now, would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism and clarity in dealing with the problem. Very friendly and approachable.

My computer was targeted by a fake Microsoft scam which was alarming then scary. Realising this after a while, I closed my computer then unplugged it and took it to SMS PC & Phone Repair hoping they could help. They could and did. I had my computer back in 24 hours completely restored and in good working order with a clear explanation of what they had done. They are really genuine and knowledgeable people - old fashioned, genuine service. Thank you.

Being a non technical OAP I was thought the care and patience in setting up my new IPad by Megan was wonderful.
