I cannot fault this buisness in anyway. I made the biggest human fail ever by accidentally pouring wine over the keyboard of my brand new MacBook Pro- I know pretty stupid.<br>Now, as it was that new they weren’t sure on if they would be able to do it. Turns out they’ve sorted it! Even more so with the lowest price outcome… so VERY relieved and sending a huge thanks to the team for sorting it out.

SMS repair were recommended to me by another local company who were unable to assist me.<br>Pleasant and very helpful on the phone, only equally matched when entering the shop.<br>They replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro at a very reasonable price and all done while I went and had a coffee in town.<br>Thoroughly pleased with the experience and they will definitely be getting my business again in the future. SMS replaced my Macbook pro battery. They did a great job at a far better price than Apple, all is now working as good as new and I am very happy with the service I received from them. Fast, friendly and efficient, what's not to like?

Absolutely brilliant, bought refurbed Dell desktop with Windows 11 ,.
