Great service from initial contact to completion. We first popped into the shop with the phone to see if they could repair. We got good advice and quote there and then and they ordered a new battery. 2 days later we got a phone call saying the battery had arrived and we booked in for the repair that day which only took an hour. Absolutely no hesitation to recommend.

I came in with a rather tricky situation, my V tech baby monitor charger broke and I couldn’t find a replacement online for the life of me. I popped into sms and they managed to find a charger that’d work and fit right in about two weeks!
Would definitely recommend.

I would like to say a big thank you to will at SMS computers in chard and the staff for donating apple Fm Radio in Taunton a free laptop for there outside Events. It’s been a great help and making our work a lot easier Editing interviews when we have interviewed people so we can send it out live at our shows.

I'm only too pleased to write this review, Will and his team have gone above and beyond at times for me. Most notably the day before I moved when I drowned my mobile phone. Will had a new one for me the very same night and truly saved the day. I've bought new items/ refurbed tech and my own laptop repaired here and each time it is a pleasure to deal with this local independent company. I have nothing but admiration for Will who has built this business from the ground up and now employs others in the local area too. A genuinely good business built on knowledge and expertise with fab customer service.

We have been using SMS PC & Iphone Repair since Will opened, and he has single handedly saved our business lots of money and lost time in helping us with our tech. We have purchased laptops, phones and tablets through the shop, had repairs, upgrades and software from SMS and been very happy with the service and results. Will and his team are outstanding. SMS are an absolute joy and a treat to work with; we view them all as friends and brothers in arms ever since they helped us get our embryonic business off our dining room table and stuck by us as we developed into a fully-fledged and regulated law firm.
