I just wanted to reach out and Thank Will and the team at SMS for all of their hard work in getting my very troublesome new gaming rig to work after some hardware compatibility issues, but he didn't give in at all. In Fact, he went above and beyond in his knowledge and efforts and the customer service was outstanding, they kept me informed every step of the way!
I totally recommend anyone needing any computer support or knowledge to pop in and speak to them, what they don't know about computers isn't worth knowing 😀😀

My phone wasn't calling out but everything else was working. I tried a few different solutions I could find online but nothing so I had to nip into SMS.
They got my phone working again within 5 minutes after finding dust in the SIM card tray. Because it was so quick they didn't charge, And it just goes to show what amazing service they offer!
Businesses like this are a lifeline too small towns as they keep everyone communicating!

Will and the team are a fabulous local asset .
Dropped my phone smashed the screen : no problem they sorted it in hours .
Popped in this week as needed a new phone holder , sorted in minutes.
Personal touch : asked how I was and, how a lady who has learning difficulties who uses her I pad to communicate with , was getting on with her I pad .
They really do care about their customers.

I was given a recommendation to reach out to SMS as I needed a new touch screen for my HP Laptop as I managed to crack the screen.
They did not disappoint, sourced new screen and gave me options and kept me informed. I would defo recommend SMS to others. My laptop is like new again and I know I can reach out if I have an issues. Excellent service.

I called when we had a leak, which had gone onto a laptop. From the phone call to arriving at our booking slot to hand over the tablet was very friendly and welcoming. Offered advice and clear expectations of what could and couldn’t be achieved. Once they had taken apart, they worked on it, gave me calls, emails, instructions and support along the way. Would not hesitate to recommend at all!

I am a long-time customer of SMS, having bought a desktop and two laptops from them over the last 2 years. More recently I had my desk top upgraded at a very reasonable cost and the work was carried out in a timely manner ensuring I didn’t lose it for longer than necessary.

We thought my wife's laptop had picked up malware so we took it down to Will first thing in the morning. Had a call to say job done mid afternoon, laptop all cleaned up and thoroughly checked. Brilliant service at a very reasonable cost.
