Took my laptop in because it was going very slow, received phone call that afternoon to say what the problem was and how much. Very professional and within a couple of days received a phone call to say it was ready for collection. Laptop running fantastic now, would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism and clarity in dealing with the problem. Very friendly and approachable.

My computer was targeted by a fake Microsoft scam which was alarming then scary. Realising this after a while, I closed my computer then unplugged it and took it to SMS PC & Phone Repair hoping they could help. They could and did. I had my computer back in 24 hours completely restored and in good working order with a clear explanation of what they had done. They are really genuine and knowledgeable people - old fashioned, genuine service. Thank you.

Being a non technical OAP I was thought the care and patience in setting up my new IPad by Megan was wonderful.

We had a phone with a volume problem on the earpiece

SMS repair were recommended to me by another local company who were unable to assist me.
Pleasant and very helpful on the phone, only equally matched when entering the shop.
They replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro at a very reasonable price and all done while I went and had a coffee in town.
Thoroughly happy with the experience and they will definitely be getting my business again in the future. Feeling thankful that there is somewhere local I can turn to! Thank you SMS repair.

I was having trouble with my computer losing contact with the internet. Sometimes I'd have to reboot the computer two or three times every ten minutes. I don't know what they did but now the computer works perfectly.
The computer was made by SMS to my spec (with suggestions from SMS) and I have purchased two Samsung tablets and a Samsung mobile phone from them. I like to purchase items locally. It supports local business and I know that support is only a few minutes walk away.

Having dropped my phone, had been recommended to take here, and wasn't disappointed was fixed within 24 hours and so glad it was able to as I hadn't backed up my photos on my account and where so precious as where of my late Dad. Highly recommend

Firs class cost-effective data recovery from an iPhone that had spent a night at the bottom of the Mediterranean sea, 6m down. Transferred important data from the iPhone to new Android phone.
