I had to have some new lenses fitted last Friday 14 July, the service was brilliant and very quick. I also had to then have my glasses adjusted to fit on Wednesday 19th July (I have always found new glasses take a few days to settle down, and then need adjusting).<br>I have to say Vicky was amazing. So very patient and very keen to make sure my glasses fitted properly, as well as having a happy bubbly manner.<br>I have found that the Customer Service Wardale Williams provide is exceptional, each staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and ensures that you leave happy with the service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for that rare function of excellent Customer Service.

First time with varifocals. I found Wardale Williams so helpful with frame choice and advice on lens type considering all aspects of my lifestyle. The final fit was excellent, time given to settle into wearing them so I was fully confident before leaving the shop. Highly recommend

We have used Wardale Williams for about 10 years and always found them helpful and informative. This morning I broke one arm of my glasses, went to them unannounced, and by 3pm they had replaced the broken piece and returned the glasses. Excellent!

A screw had fallen out of my Ray-Ban sunglasses so the arm was detached from the frame (bought elsewhere, many years ago). They needed a new screw to get them fixed. I originally went to Specsavers who weren't any help at all. I tried Wardale Williams instead and Graham was super helpful and straight away offered to put a new screw in. Not only did they do this free of charge, they also replaced and tightened the other screw too, and gave me a screwdriver in order to tighten should they ever come loose again! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending, brilliant service!

I recently had a problem with my glasses - one lens came out. Took them into the shop and explained. Glasses were repaired in a very short time, while I waited. What a superb service and what friendly knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be better.

I have been with Wardale Williams for many years and I am very happy with the services they provide. I did try another opticians when i changed jobs a few years ago for convenience but found them to be inadequate, So have returned home

Switched to Wardale from another optician in town who were unable to correctly diagnose an issue in my right eye. After my initial eye test my eyes were scanned (with equipment the other optician did not have at the time) and the issue was finally revealed (to my relief). Have been using them ever since, friendly staff and good service. Recently been in to have my spectales adjusted, always happy to help. Thanks.
