I cannot praise Wardale Williams in Sudbury highly enough. I have been coming here for eye tests since moving here over 30 years ago. I have been impressed by the quality and professionalism of all their staff whether on reception, helping to choose glasses or doing the actual eye tests. I want to give a special mention to Holly who combines a calm and reassuring manner with a huge amount of professional expertise. Thank you.

Excellent service today at Wardale Williams with Jo and Kirsty. Made my daughter feel very comfortable having her eye test and great aftercare sorting out her new prescription for her glasses. I will definitely have my next eye tests there too in the future. Thank you.

From start to finish my customer experience could not have been improved. Holly gave me the most thorough eye test ever and Kirsty was so thorough and caring in helping me to choose my new frames and lenses. I so appreciate the professional and caring approach at Wardale Williams in Sudbury, not rushed at all or pressured into any decisions. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to help you choose your frames and lenses , from their extensive ranges and are genuinely concerned that you are satisfied, which includes even after you have your glasses even for readjustments are repairs etc

My family has been going to Wardale Williams for 30 years or more. The reason being, they are so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They may not be the cheapest out there but if you care about your eyesight then they are certainly the best place to go. Where you will always be treated as not only a customer but a friend in need.

I took my granddaughter for an eye test. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The optician made my granddaughter feel at ease and was patient. He explained everything clearly. Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend using this opticians.
