For six years Mike Baker has been repairing trains for a living and he is now moving along the right track as he undertakes the Electrotechnical (Maintenance) Apprenticeship with Solihull College.
When Cellan Davies realised he wanted to undertake an Apprenticeship, moving away from his native Wales did not stand in his way, and he is now enjoying both a new job and a new home in Birmingham.
Solihull College offers the Retail Apprenticeship at two levels – Intermediate and Advanced – which covers areas including stock storage and order processing, merchandising, and customer service amongst others
