Award-winning caravan dealership Salop Leisure is offering a prize of a weekend break for two for the best photograph of a romantic motorhome and touring caravan break taken on Valentine’s Day.

he successful business, which has its headquarters in Shrewsbury and satellite sales centres in Machynlleth and Stourport-on-Severn, is looking for photographs that best capture the true joy of owning a motorhome or touring caravan.

Whether owners are newlyweds, celebrating a wedding anniversary or in the process of developing a relationship, escaping as a couple to a romantic destination is a perfect Valentine’s Day treat. There’s nothing like spending quality time with your loved one to rekindle romance and there are lots of stunning locations to explore in the UK.

Throughout the UK, romantic destinations include beautiful cities, sites of historic interest, pretty seaside towns and villages and spectacular rural and coastal landscapes. The choice is yours when the open road beckons and you have the freedom to go wherever you wish in a motorhome and touring caravan.

Salop Leisure would like to receive photographs of Valentine’s Day breaks in motorhome and touring caravan owners’ dream locations. With 2016 being designated the Year of Adventure’ in Wales, the dream location might be the Welsh mountains or an adrenalin pumping attraction. Owners who prefer a more sedate break may choose a visit to the coast or an historic town or city. The options are endless.

The snapper who takes the winning photograph will win a weekend in a luxury caravan holiday home at the award-winning Min-y-Don Holiday Home Park in Harlech. Two runners up will receive a free weekend stay on the touring park at Min-y-Don Touring Park.

This five star caravan park nestles below Harlech Castle and alongside Royal St David’s Golf Club, with miles of sandy beach within easy walking distance. It’s a fantastic location for couples to enjoy a romantic holiday or weekend break.
