Is summer here at last? The sun's out, house prices are flattening out, Shrewsbury Town are in the play-offs.... The signs are encouraging and surely after the past two years we're owed a decent summer?
Summer is the time for chilling out, having a drink or two and of course taking advantage of our fantastic sizzling deals! The latter may sound like it's for businesses only but try telling that to my mum, who reecently lost all the photos on her computer. Backups are essential.
Hot on the heels of Morgan Nunns' MMA win in Walsall the other week, visitors to his classes at Oswestry Freefighters have increased. So if you're looking to get fit for summer, why not try MMA? You don't have to train for competition, although some of the Freefighters are fighting this Saturday down in Wales at Grapple & Strike: Fight Night 5 - www.fightnights.info. Some train just to keep in shape or to learn self defence. It's certainly different to the gym!
