Andy Molyneux, owner of Shropshire-based LFLdesign&PRINT Ltd, has just returned from Rome with a silver medal in the Mixed Martial Arts class of the International Sport Kickboxing Association (ISKA) European Championship. Having won a place in the team at open trials in Birmingham earlier in the year, Andy has trained hard to justify his place and the result leaves no doubt about its effectiveness.

He was helped with the costs of participation by sponsorship from local businesses Davison Transport, DT Enterprises, iThink IT and Maine Marketing & Associates Ltd. As Christian Channer of Maine Marketing said, “Andy showed such enthusiasm and dedication that helping him get to Rome seemed the natural thing to do. Its the same focus that he brings to his business so it was not a surprise that he did so well!"

It has been a year of awards for Andy. In May LFLdesign&PRINT won thebestof Shrewsbury Most Creative Business Award for 2009.

Now it is back to the busy workload of LFLdesign&PRINT where Andy creates graphic design and website development and hosting solutions for clients. He can also provide them with a full range of highly competitive print products, from business cards and brochures to banners and point of sales materials.

In the spare time between work and family, Andy can be found, naturally, at the gym honing his skills. He has turned his passion into another business in partnership with local kickboxer, Doug Wildman. They have set up the Spartan MMA gym on Greenwood Industrial Estate in Shrewsbury, round the corner from Alan Ward, and have already built a strong following in the few weeks it has been in existence.

There is no doubt that, on this evidence, we will be hearing much more of the activities of Andy Molyneux in both sport and business in the months to come!
