The young lady I spoke to was very pleasant and explained the resons for changing insurance companies for my needs. She could have checked beforehand what was covered in the original insurance. I had to ask about breakdowm cover which was then added.

I have used Howden's for some time now as I prefer to deal with a local agent rather than spend copious amounts of time on line. This experience involved a renewal for home insurance and in the main the contact and subsequent process was good. The only slight comment is that I have yet to receive an amended schedule but overall my experience has been and continues to be good.
