Since my car insurance was due for renewal I asked for a quotation. Not only were they efficient and very ocourteous but their quotation was considerably less than my existing company. The communication was excellent and any queries dealt with without delay. We will now be using them for all our future insurance needs.

The experience of renewing a policy by a telephone appointment is pretty well the same as discussing a medical condition by a telephone appointment with a doctor.
