Disappointed on cost of premium and reasons given for general increase in market rates ie Ukraine war and increase in write off rates rather than repair.

A normal landline phone is quickly answered by a friendly and helpful team, speaking clear English, who are not tied to one insurer, so can shop around for the best deal.

All the people I have spoken tohave tried to be helpful and were always polite and patient, but both myself and my husband have struggled with all the messages saying sign this document! Neither of us have fancy phones and are not really IT literate, so had no idea how to sign. Eventually we are both getting paper documents, which we prefer, so we will be able to sign them. 🤞
