Satisfactory service, don't seem to value individual customer needs as they did previously. No contact about my policy just a standard renewal letter in post. They have also increased their admin charge to ÂŁ50 per policy of which I have 3 in total.

Overall my experience with this company has been positive. This year I received an offer to renew my insurance, which I was not happy with due to the high cost. I called the company and asked them to offer me other options. The insurance adjuster, George, was very professional and friendly and helped me find an option that suited both me and the insurance company. I can definitely recommend Howden as a reliable company.
