Very thorough although the young man who dealt with Me spoke extremely quickly and seemed in a hurry which he may well have been,I normally received a call from the Company who’s Business Howdens have acquired the day before policy’s renewal,sadly I assumed this would happen,sadly it didn’t and at midnight tonight I will not be insured!Im hoping someone is in the Office Easter Saturday?

The staff at Welwyn Garden City are great especially the ones I deal with. Also I don't like doing things on computer ,as so many of my friends .I like to speak to a person that can explain things to me that I don't understand.All this on line business is alien to me,as it is to so many other people.

Howden Insurance has arrived as my Independent Broker after going through a number of corporate takeovers & previous identities. I started with this organisation some 35+ years ago as I was fiercely supportive of small independents as I was myself an Independent Financial Advisor back then. I knew Independents worked hard to get the best price for me & their clients & havew always been happy to pay their small fees for the research & effort they put into their work. I have found Howden efficient, straightforward & honestly diligent. Every corporate change in the past has never changed the underlying work ethic they have to please their clients. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other if the opportunity arises, Year in year out that have applied themselves faultlessly on my case albeit now a very small client for the. Well don to all over the past 3-4 decades.
