I have 3 policies with Howden Insurance so this is not a one-off experience. Each time I have been able to deal with the same person whom has always been helpful and more importantly knowledgable about my situation and also what options I have available to me. I was put in touch with Alex Nea by the Porsche dealership that I was purchasing a car from. Alex was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, he was competent, knowledgeable and made the whole process a breeze. He had a genuine understanding of the vehicle I was buying, we discussed potential modifications I plan on doing, along with storage location and business usage - Alex was able to advise on the affect these would make to my premium with a sensibility that is not often found when discussing car insurance. He was also able to coordinate track day cover which is a massive bonus. I would (and have) recommend Howden to anyone seeking specialist vehicle insurance and would recommend Alex specifically.
