Howdens are the best…….it is so good to to be able to discuss ,with an actual person,all options before taking out your policy. The staff are all well trained ,extremely helpful ,and every effort is made to find you the most competitive policy which meets your needs.

The Howdens team are great at ringing and giving me the quote for my static caravan renewal. They then offered to call me back when it was due, so I didn't need to pay earlier, or have to remember to ring them. The prices are competitive, I trust that they do the research and the admin is always backed up as they promise. We've been with them for years and I would highly recommend for static caravans.

I required new insurance on my car which I normally wouldn’t worry about as I’ve always had company insurance. I was greeted in a friendly and polite manner and never did I feel that I was just another customer. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone, especially if you would like to be dealt professionally and efficiently.

I had a problem with my claim, Aviva insurance was terrible service levels, Richard Williams at Howdens was great in dealing with all the bureaucracy and red tape BS. Very impressed with his knowledge and guidance throughout the process.

I have been with Howdens for a number of years now, I was even with the company they took over for many years before.
Over the last few months I have dealt with Christa and I have to be honest I have never come across anyone so helpful and informative she always does what she says she is going to do, calls you back when she says and sends any relevant paperwork out when necessary.
I had a few concerns with regards to my policy and Christa always emailed me back with the information I needed to know to put my mind at rest and assured me on any issues, she was always at the end of the phone. Christa has also given me some advice with regards to my sons insurance as and when he passes his test which again I cannot thank her enough for going out of her way to get us the best deal.
In my opinion Christa is a credit to Howdens and others should follow her professionalism It really is piece of mind knowing should I have any issues Christa is at the end of the phone.
