The people I spoke with were great, friendly, knew the products well and found great prices. What I particularly liked was I didn’t feel pushed into making a decision and that in itself helped me make a decision.

I cannot thank Dan Wakeman at Howden enough for everything he has done throughout my claim. From the very beginning he has been professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always kept me informed, answered my questions promptly and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to deal with.
Outstanding customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days, but Dan has been absolutely exceptional. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. His communication has been first class from start to finish, and I always felt that my claim was in safe hands.
Thanks to Dan’s hard work, my claim has now been resolved and my excess is being reimbursed. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Dan is a real credit to Howden, and if every company had people like him, customer service in this country would be on another level.

I can't speak highly enough of Howden Insurance. I especially want to mention Emma Stokes in the Cheltenham branch. They already cover me for my life and home insurance as well as my daily driving vehicle insurance, and when I asked them for a quote on my Mustang, I thought we were going to be through the roof... But no! The price was way better than expected, and the service, as ever, has been excellent. Even when I notified Emma that I had a new personal plate for the car, she sorted it out straight away and sent me new certificates and documents. Overall, I find Howden to provide excellent customer service, excellent coverage, great value for money, and unbelievable efficiency, so I recommend them to anyone I can.

Had previously written a 1* review following numerous calls around renewal time, however having dealt with their staff for the renewal after trying to deal directly with the insurance company which was painful everything was a breeze.
Dealt with Tracy G who dealt with renewal last minute and dealt with it quickly on day 30 after which I couldn't switch provider on a continuation of policy.
