Face to face with a person who knew what I was asking for. My car is now fully insured including the panoramic sunroof, the online company's could not do this,as their ins companies have a max of £300 on glass.I would strongly advise other car owners to be aware of this, very good staff at David Howden insurance, regards,John

We originally contacted Howden for Landlord Insurance. We had quotes we had looked at online from well known sites. Howden got us much cheaper quotes with better options. As our other policies such as car, house building and contents have come for renewal we have switched to Howdens. They have got us great policies at great prices. Their communication is A*. They really look after us.

Any staff I have contacted have always been very helpful and easy to talk . I have been with A-Plan for several years now and have always got a good price on my insurance quotes. I had an accident with my car earlier on this month,no fault on my part the other party claimed full responsibility, they car is now with a repair company and has been assessed and is repairable. The only complaint I can have is the repair company can’t supply a courtesy vehicle,this no great hardship as I can share my wife’s car . I can give you a full experience update when I get my car back
