Howden was recommended to me by Maserati Solihull. Thomas, the insurance consultant, was very efficient and got back to me with not only a highly competitive quote within 24 hours but with a company that provided more extensive and tailored coverage. Such a relief to have immediate personal service, rather than be kept waiting for 20 mins in a queue before being able to speak to a disinterested consultant who is box ticking, or worse, having to fil in on-line forms. I was impressed enough that I will be going back to them shortly to move my house, contents and travel policies to them.

The quotes are ok but you don’t ring back when you say you will. You never seems to make the customer feel special although they have other policies with you.

I just wish that one person took ownership of the process and that you could ring them directly rather than going through the switchboard, selecting an option and then having to explain things each time to whoever answered the call.
