The car policy renewal quote I was quite happy with
As I am with the household insurance
However I am not happy with the posting of the above documents
Last year it took four attempts for the household documents to arrive
This time the car insurance took three attempts
Which finally arrived on the 16th March a month after the first one was posted
On the positive side when I spoke to Morgan at Haywards Heath on the 14th he said he was going to post it first class
Which he did and as I have stated it arrived on th16th
I am happy with everything at Haywards Heath involving the insurances for both my wife and I but the post is worrying me
Where are all my documents which in the wrong hands could lead to identity fraud

I spoke to Maria in the Welwyn Garden City office and she was most helpful, friendly and professional sorting out house insurance for my sister.
