Very expensive recent car insurance. Losing any reduction to premium - even though only one claim in over thirty years - 'due to not taking out insurance for over two years'. Disappointed!

It's so good to be able to talk to a helpful person at the other end of the phone and to be able to e-mail them. It's also possible to call into the office if needed. The one downside was having to chase up a few things, such as my e-mail address being wrongly shown several times and twice asking for paper copies of the documents to be sent, but after a couple of weeks, they still have not been received.

Prompt response, my phone call was answered by a human being. I explained my need to insure my boat, l was treated with respect. The quote I was given was less than I expected and covered everything.
