I have been sourcing insurance through Howden and APlan in their previous brand, for 10 years. They have always worked hard to find the right product at a good price. The representatives that I spoke to were very helpful and considerate to the distress of losing something precious. The matter was resolved fairly quickly and although I have to wait sometime for the replacement to be handmade again, I was satisfied that the process was sensitively handled. I look forward to the replacement item being ready for collection.

I wanted to arrange buildings and contents insurance, and staff at Howden in Basingstoke were welcoming, polite and helpful. Brandon Wheeler took me efficiently through my requirements and explained the two recommended insurers clearly.
However, the policy documents, which were available in a portal, are rather confusing and I am now unsure as to which company is providing what cover. A summary document would have been helpful.

This might be a new policy, but I have been with APlan for years and year. As always I feel that I have had a personal service and plan to keep using what is now Howdens. We have 2 car policies plus our Home & Contents policy.
