I spoke to a consultant called Luca Moss who was very helpful he did everything I asked with out any hesitation thanks Luca I did get a cheaper quote but decided to go with Howden as they were so helpful and gave me confidence in case anything goes wrong and I need help

The review was efficient and found an appropriate policy at a slightly lower premium.
The questioning about the health history of myself and my wife was far too open-ended and felt intrusive. I doubt whether my tonsillectomy aged 6 has any relevance to the policy and questions in this area should be reviewed or at least time-bound.
I was disappointed that the agent did not have access to details of my current cover as it was ‘handled by a different office’ - presumably as it was arranged through a broker Howden acquired during the year. If so, the systems should have been synchronised to ensure that relevant policy details were available as part of the acquisition due diligence.

Dealing with a plan and staff always a pleasure, dealing with their accident management team kindertons is more like dealing with kindergarten due to the lack of communication and wrong information when you finally get a reply.
