The person we saw was obviously knowledgeable about house insurance, and arranged hassle-free enhancement of cover (particularly previously inadequate Public Liability Cover). He was also able to provide subsidence cover without having to go into great detail about the numerous trees in the vicinity of the house (allbeit at a slightly higher premium, when I answered yes to the one question). This has saved me the cost of getting a regular report from a tree surgeon (who verbally told me the trees weren't causing a problem, but then went into considerable detail in writing).
