My contents renewal was due and I couldn't face doing everything online yet again. My friend recommended using Howdens in Newton Abbot which is what I did. It was the best decision I made! From the moment I walked in I was made very welcome and it was so good to have a face to face discussion. Dale was very patient and explained every step of the renewal as we went through all questions. The renewal offers he could give were extremely good even allowing for the price hype from insurance companies. I left Howdens office feeling very satisfied and happy and will definitely use them again for further insurance renewal.
