I called about a renewal of a 1966 Solit Screen camper which has been insured with A-Plan for around 4 years. The process took over 1hr30 to complete. These are the same questions every year. The guy on the phone was reading a question bank and was completely devoid of human interaction. It could have been AI. However the cost was good and I remain a loyal customer.

All went ok - just renewing MOT - car was supposed to be washed though and it wasn’t done which is why 4 stars.
