They are good in the fact that they find the best insurance for you. However they constantly pester you with phone calls until you have renewed or taken out an insurance.
My house insurance was due end of February and 2 weeks beforehand I had over 10 phone calls of which in the end I did not answer until I was ready to renew

Took out insurance with Howden got a good price from them happy my only complaint would be they said they would ring me back a week later to take payment but had to ring them not shaw if they would have rung me and didn’t want to get could out with no insurance as this was on Saturday they said they was extremely busy and would have got to me but hay ho I aired on the side of caution but still pleased saved a few bob 👍
