I found dealing with the advisor (Mike) based at my local office very easy. He listened to my individual needs and found a reasonably priced policy to meet them quickly and efficiently. At all times he was both friendly and professional. I don't hesitate to recommend Howdens (Exeter branch) for your car insurance needs.

We prefer to deal face-to-face as many points can be missed when applying remotely. A query can be stressed, so the member of staff would realise what is more important to us. This does not happen on-line.

Howden formally known as (A-Plan) insurance have always dealt with my inquires and have given us better renewal prices, than high street brands. They always assist and handle call with the upmost respect, again better than the standard call centre. I have never walked into the branch, even though I have walked past it when I'm in town centre.
