Guys I cannot recommend this company enough! I spoke with Nick who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I saved so much on my insurance! Nick was incredibly thorough and helpful throughout, was able to deal with my queries and retrieve an excellent quote very quickly which reduced the price of my current insurance by over half, and provided an amazing level of customer service and actually made sorting insurance a smooth and pleasant experience.

Having checked insurance prices with other companies I was advised to contact Howdens. I dealt with Nick, from the outset he was extremely professional and courteous. He came back to me with a price that was at least 50% less than other companies.

I am very old fashioned, I like to speak to a person not a machine. Howdens insurance have been fabulous, I dealt with a smashing young man called Reece in the Aylesbury Branch about my horsebox insurance, I can honestly say he went above and beyond to get me the best deal he could, not only was he patient he was very polite and so so helpful, I recommend Howdens 100% and have forwarded them on the my horsey friends looking for lorry insurance.

First impressions, for me, count for a lot. Excellent service with yourselves by direct phone contact which I hope will continue when/if I come to renew next year. The reason I left my last insurer was because once they had your business they arrogantly assumed they could cease contact by telephone.

The Web based contact form is difficult to use and does not send a confirmation copy for the senders records.
Providing an email address on documents and website would be a massive improvement to communicating with Howdens. I just spent an hour communicating by webpage what would have taken 10 minutes by email.
