In the unfortunate position of being in the middle of a write-off, no-fault claim with our previous car insurers. Popped into Howdens Wimbledon to broker the cheapest deal on our next car. Dealt with Sam who couldn’t have been more cheery or helpful, who happily fielded our (multiple!) requests for quotes against potential purchases. Got all the cover we wanted, at a price we wouldn’t have been able to source online ourselves. Great peace of mind. Fabulous customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

I've used Howden over the last few years for arranging my car insurance and they have been extremely competitive and helpful in both the renewal but also amendments to cars and policy during the year. Stephen Davis in particular has provided amazing customer service when I have needed to amend car cover amount or location.

Refreshing in this day and age to get through on the phone almost immediately and then for your enquiry to be dealt with by clearly knowledgeable and interested staff. Isobel LINDSAY initially then Kevin HOWLETT two days later who actually set up my policy.

The 5 stars is based on my initial interactions when purchasing house buildings and contents insurance. It was refreshing to speak to someone who was professional, patient and who called back when they had promised to do so.
