Every visit I have made I was seen by the most helpful female advisor.
I became a little distressed with the noise from the male advisors on the phone because I couldn’t hear through their loud voices. She kindly took me to a quiet room where I could hear her and understand her explanations. And for that - I am extremely grateful and hope that she will still be there when I go in for my house and car insurance renewal.
