I needed to organise PL insurance for the Close I live in and Amelia was extremely helpful and pleasant whilst arranging and organising precisely what I required especially as it did take some time to run through all the checks and queries over the phone. The end result was successful and at a very competitive price and I would recommend Howden Insurance to anyone requiring various insurance requirements, thank you again Amelia and Howden Insurance.

Received my competitive Home Insurance quote over the phone and then confirmed by email. Then, as I was passing, called in the following morning (a Saturday!) at my local branch to finalise details. Was a refreshing change to actually sit and chat to someone face to face without having to hang round on the phone being told I was still sixth in the queue!

I’ve been using Howden Insurance Evesham (formerly A Plan) for vehicle and home insurance since 1997. I’ve had to make a few claims over the years and the staff have always been very helpful. My parents in Northumberland also use them now as they are cheaper than the insurance company they normally used

The fact that you have an office in Norwich City . So nice to be able to speak to someone. Having difficulties with printing at the moment. Staff were excellent printing a copy of my building insurance for me.

I did not accept their first quote as it was far to high. They came back with a much lower quote which I accepted but why did it take a quote from another source to make Howden offer a substantially lower quote. Surely they should offer the best deal from the outset.

The people at Howden Insurance tried really hard to find me the best insurance to fit my needs. I had thought that bundling my car and house insurance with LV would have resulted in a better price but that did not happen. Still ,I am glad to be covered.

Patrick Pietras of the Tooting office helped me with my car insurance renewal - he certainly went above and beyond to make sure he got me the best deal from the list of insurers. Also Patrick negotiated some additional discoounts with his manager to make sure I really did get the best deal. Much appreciated.
