Renewal of my policy was a great experience as usual and I received lots of help in getting a good price to cover my needs and the staff go out of there way to help. The only reason I dropped a star with this review was that 2 weeks after getting my policy I was called again to see if I wanted to renew my insurance when I'd already done it and he seemed confused and didn't realise I'd already renewed.

Helpful customer service team. It was good to talk to a real person rather than just filling in boxes online as sometimes the question requires more than a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer and if you get it wrong you won’t be covered! All details were sent through promptly and phone was answered quickly when I rang with a query. Not had to make a claim so can’t judge that yet but so far so good.
