I have used A Plan, now Howden Insurance, for many years as I have always found the staff at the Bournemouth office very helpful. Today I spoke to Claire McKernon regarding my car insurance renewal. I needed to change some of my requirements and Claire happily completed further quotes while I was on the call and provided me with details of the options and relevant premiums. She took time to ensure I had all the information I needed and she was able to answer all of the questions I had. I received my documentation within minutes of our call and did need one amendment to be made which Claire did as soon as I contacted her, updated documents re-issued very quickly. Great service thank you Claire.

After having trouble getting through to the Chichester branch from their Call Centre I was finally connected on the third time. Nick took his time in confirming my details and searching for a suitable renewal quote, despite it now being past the branch closing time. He was unrushed in completing the policy for me. I would totally recommend the Chichester branch, thank you.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt Worby to discuss my upcoming insurance renewal. Matt was top drawer, knew his stuff and got me a great deal and price for insurance cover of my vehicles. The customer service was excellent, and all emails with info to sign-up on line have been informative to view my policies, plus all the useful contact numbers re Claims Service and Customer Service. I am glad I made this call, and thank Matt and Howdens for the service. I fully recommend them.

Patrick, Emma and Lucy at the Chichester branch are fantastic. I was having some challenges with getting resolution to a complicated insurance claim but when the team stepped in to help to get this concluded the claim was swiftly resolved. All three of the team were super helpful and could not do enough to help whilst keeping me updated regularly on the progress. Thanks for all the help.

Have used Howden Insurance ( A Plan ) for many years and would hopefully not have to change to a different broker. They are extremely helpful and considerate to a customers needs. All their staff are polite and experience.
Kimberley Phillips helped me with my car insurance which I have had for many years and successfully got me a really good deal for my house contents which were up for renewal with a different company. Kimberley managed to get me a better deal for a lot less money for which I am very grateful and it took a lot of pressure off me having to trawl round different companies myself.
