I have always found the staff at Howden (APlan) friendly and helpful. I am much happier actually speaking to a real person than doing it on line. Have used for car and house insurances.

I definitely rate a plan/howdens A1.
My only complaint is that on renewal every year I have to go through the same questions every time, other insurance companies renew very simply and easily by saying to tell them of any changes and if none it just goes through without a long Q&A session that’s the same every year.

Brilliant quote on our new camper van, it was half our existing insurance quote, so we took up their offer. Lower excesses also which made it an even sweeter deal, followed up promptly with me to chase the required security device paperwork and my no claims, but they were very patient with me getting the relevant details.
