Ryan made the process of setting up new car insurance very easy and was both knowledgable and helpful. Though the insurance provided was not the cheapest, the service Ryan suggested I would be getting should make it more than worth the money. Policy has only just started so cannot comment further.

I was very happy with Leanne-Marie at Howden today when I renewed my Caravavan Insurance.I was given a warm welcome and was very acommodating helpful and phone me back when she said she would which make a change,also it was nice to talk to her and not have to renew on line.

The initial part of the process was very good, and for people who are use to more traditional insurance companies, it is different - you need to ask more questions, but you do get a personal response. After this it goes downhill a little bit. The emails you get are less informative with key information missing, for example you get a somewhat childlike email telling you about your insurance portal, which you need your insurance policy number to access. I wasn't told what my policy numbers were nor did I get an email informing me of them. I have now sent two emails on this matter with no reply.

I found Howden Insurance in Ruislip extremely professional. Their staff had excellent product knowledge and were able to efficiently arrange new insurance for my car at a very competitive price with a trusted insurer.
I really appreciate that they provide a service with the emphasis on personal service on a face to face basis. A rare thing these days!

My previous motor insurance provider gave me a shock with a 75% increase on the previous year. I spoke to Alex at the High Wycombe branch of Howden Insurance and in a short time I had a deal that was slightly better than my last year's price. It looks like I'll be sticking with Howden for the foreseeable future.

For the change of car reg it was good service.
I had put a previous review but I'm upgrading it. I had a conversation with the manager, sorted out my issues. One of them were 'user error' :-) like finding the phone numbers on web searches.
We have all our vehicles and home insured with Howdens and now there is a dedicated team in the branch, it's easy to deal with them and get help.

Although the significant increase in premium was disappointing, Charlie, Head of Home Insurance couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. She was the sole reason that I renewed my policy with Howden. I admit to being a demanding customer. Charlie was patient throughout the process and answered all questions to my satisfaction. She was professional and supportive and is a credit to Howdens.
