I contacted Howden today to get quote to renew my house insurance with them (I also have my car insurance with them). I have been a Howden customer for many years and have always received great service and competitive pricing. Tania at the Aylesbury branch went above and beyond to provide a professional service and worked hard to find me a competitive renewal price. I was very happy with the service i received and would not hesitate to recommend them

I found the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. Ive just bought my wife a new car and while she get her confidence driving it instead of her old fiesta they found a way to use her existing ncb on the new car and keep her insurance on her old one until the policy ends in a couple of months. Richard even helped me out with another insurance policy I have, offering advice on a current claim.
