We had been doing our insurance on line for many years. The lady who sorted out our insurance at Howden took time to explain to us different items that were relevant and give advice that you cannot get on line. Her patient, friendly approach helped us make decisions that we may have overlooked. We will revert to using brokers rather than on line, it's a much nicer experience.

First time insuring a Motorhome Howden are amongst those recommended on forums with a VW California/Motorhomes etc. Such a variation on compare sites I had spent nearly two days on it. Experience in the end is talk to a human being, I wont add the ladies name (EC) but she handled my enquiry with knowledge and professionalism with a 'Newby' explaining everything and answering my questions. Key point was explaining Tracker products as if you've ever seen the drop down menu online good luck. Certainly will be first on my list with expiring policies. Contact by phone and email all smooth. Informed on progress throughout. Customer service a pleasant surprise compared to others.

My request was easily and clearly grasped. The quote initially given seemed very high. When I said this , it was so speedily reduced that I was shocked but when I accepted the quote all the formalities were done efficiently and all with whom I spoke cheerful and patient.
